Meet the Lead Dentist Dr. Sachin. Dr.Sachin has been with Smile Starters since 2014. Initially, Dr.Sachin was at our Winston-Salem location but has been the Lead Dentist of our Conover (now Hickory) location since August of 2020. He graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine Boston in 2000. Dr. Sachin enjoys creating beautiful, healthy smiles for our patients. When he is not at work, Dr. Sachin spends his time playing golf, cooking new meals, and riding his motorcycle!

Meet our Office Manager Heather. For Heather, Smile Starters is her work family as well as caring for her son's dental health for several years now.

Leslie Drum
Lead Hygienist
Meet our Lead Dental Hygienist, Leslie. Leslie has been with Smile Starters since 2014. She was previously at one of our Charlotte offices but she came to our Conover office in August of 2020. Leslie enjoys educating our patients on proper oral hygiene habits and is so proud of her patients that are able to improve their oral health.
When she is not at work, Leslie enjoys spending time with her husband and their three dogs.
